Please refer to the attached image for the current team structures. These structures may evolve throughout the year based on needs/wants.

Captain's Role & Responsibilities
Team captains are entrusted with full authority over their assigned team structures. This means some captains may prioritize competitive play, while others might focus on social games. However, all captains must adhere to the established team structure. Specifically:
• Core players (designated as "basic players") have priority.
• Backup players are prioritized next.
• Players from other teams should only be considered when necessary (when core player and backup player are not available).
Exceptions: There may be cases where a core or backup player may not wish to play singles, in which case the captain can call on a player from another team to fill the spot.
Lastly, it’s crucial that captains review player availability and confirm selections promptly. This will help avoid unnecessary scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth coordination throughout the season. - Prioritization of Interclub Over Tournaments
As part of our club guidelines, Interclub matches take precedence over tournaments. This means that if there's a scheduling conflict, the club expects you to prioritize Interclub commitments. If you’re unsure about your schedule, please let your captain know as soon as possible. - The Importance of Team Practice
To ensure the captain can determine the most effective lineup, it is essential for everyone to be on the court and train together across all categories—Singles, Doubles, and Mixed. Regular team practice helps the captain assess each player's strengths and dynamics, allowing for better decision-making and overall team success.
If you have any question or remarks regarding interclub you can always get in touch with Axel.
